Orders & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Browse artworks, choose your format and finish, add to cart then proceed to checkout. It's that simple!
What are the delivery times?
Prints are made within 2-3 business days. Delivery in metropolitan France then takes 2-5 days depending on the chosen carrier.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order from your personal space.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order as long as it is in "Pending" status. Once printing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Creators
How do I become a creator?
Create an account, then go to the "Become a creator" page to accept the terms and activate your creator space.
What is the commission?
Creators receive 30% of the final sale price. FairPrint handles printing, packaging and shipping.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
From your "Sales" space, fill in your tax information then request a transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is €50.
Printing
What formats are available?
We offer A5, A4, A3, A3+ and A2 formats. All formats are available in portrait or landscape.
What print quality?
We use professional Canon imagePROGRAF printers with 12-color pigment inks on premium paper. Minimum accepted resolution: 100 DPI.
